Dim Sum
Dim Sum is the must-eat food for your first time in Hong Kong. It is a traditional, popular, and special food that you can find in tea houses or dim sum restaurants.
There are different kind of dim sum, steamed, baked, pan-fried and deep-fried. Most of them are made in snack-sized and served in bamboo containers, whcih easily share dishes together. And people drink tea with dim sum.
Pineapple Bun
One of a must-try local food. Actually it has no pineapple inside. Its name because its puff pastry top looks like a pineapple. Sometimes served with butter, which called “Pineapple Bun Butter”.
Egg Tart
Also famous in Hong Kong. It is filled with egg custard and usually made with cookie dough.
